The home made pretzel bun that is topped with butter, garlic parsley and fresh parmesan cheese then baked plus the wholesome portobello mushrooms make it a hearty meal. This recipe calls for letting the seasoned meat sit for at least an hour or overnight – you can choose to skip this step if you are pressed for time – the burger will still be very flavorful.
