Curry Flavored Dry Rub

Advertisements

Looking for a quick and easy way to prep your meats without having to do a lot of chopping fresh ingredients? A dry rub is the answer; at least that is my opinion.  Mixing up a select combination of different dry spices takes a minute or so and if done correctly, the rubs pack a lot of flavor to fish, chicken, beef and any other types of meats. You can even use some of the rubs on vegetables.  Rubs are also easy to store therefore you can make extra for future use.

I hope you will try this rub and enjoy using it as much as I do. Your comments, feedback, and questions are very much appreciated. Thanks for visiting.
