Ingredients

peanut butter
with flaxseed

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend/Puree for up to 1 minute until creamy and smooth.
Pour into glasses. Serve, Sip and Enjoy!
Notes
I use a Peanut Butter with Flaxseed - you can substitute peanut or almond butter.
