Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup kale baby organic
  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup grapefruit juice
  • 1 kiwi organic - peeled
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 3/4 tablespoon peanut butter with flaxseed
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend/Puree for up to 1 minute until creamy and smooth.
  • Pour into glasses. Serve, Sip and Enjoy!

Notes

I use a Peanut Butter with Flaxseed - you can substitute peanut or almond butter.
