Dump all ingredients into a blender. Blend and puree until smooth and creamy.
Note: My blender has a smoothie and a puree features. I used one cycle of each.
Pour into your favorite glasses. Garnish with mint and fruits if preferred. Sip. Slurp. Enjoy!
This batch makes two hearty servings (4 cups approximately) or 2 -16 ounces portions.
