- 1 bunch swiss chard Cut to your desired size. I used white stem Swiss chard and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/4 small red onion peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 slices ripe mango cut into thin strips
- 6 – 8 large strawberries Hulled and quartered
- 6 – 8 ounces cherry or grape tomatoes halved if necessary
- 1/2 cup fresh blue berries
- 4 ounces Persian feta cheese
- 2 – 4 tablespoons Vinaigrette I used homemade tomato blueberry vinaigrette. Link in Notes below
Instructions
- Once all ingredients are prepared, assemble the salad as desired. Be sure to add the salad dressing right before serving for best results.
