PREHHEAT OVER 450F/230C

    SEASON THE SALMON:

    • Place the salmon portions on a sheet plan lined with parchment paper.
    • Drizzle with enough olive oil to coat the salmon thoroughly.
    • Mix the salt, freshly ground black pepper and cumin. Sprinkle the spice mix all over the salmon.

    SEASON THE ASPARAGUS

    • Add the asparagus to a bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil. Add the red pepper flakes, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Mix to coat.

    ADD ASPARAGUS TO SHEET PAN WITH SALMON AND COOK

    • Add the asparagus in a single layer, placing them all around the salmon.
    • Roast the salmon and asparagus in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Or until the salmon reaches your desired doneness.
    • Remove from the oven. Serve and enjoy.
