  • 2 vine-ripened tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeesed orange juice
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed pomegranate juice
  • 3/4 cup kefir milk may substitute plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 2 inch piece turmeric root
  • 1 inch piece ginger root
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 5-6 mint leaves
  • 1 cup baby organic kale
  • 1/2 - 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Dump all ingredients int a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into your favorite glass and slurp-up this delicious and healthy concoction.
