Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 cups baby spinach organic
  • 1/2 cup organic frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup walnut halves
  • 15 bing cherries stems & pits removed
  • 6 ounces fresh blackberries
  • 1 kiwi peeled
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • smoothie spices (see notes)
  • 1 - 1/2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend/Puree 1 to 2 minutes until creamy. Pour into your favorite glasses and enjoy.

Notes

Smoothie Spice Mix Recipe: 1/8 teaspoon each of: ground cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, turmeric and ginger
