In an everyday pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil on medium flame.

28 ounces crushed fired roasted tomatoes, 24 ounces roasted garlic tomato sauce, 1/2 cup whole milk, 1/2 cup chicken stock, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Add in the bay leaves and cinnamon stick. Stir. Cover and cook 20 to 30 minutes.

Uncover the pan. Add in the baked meatballs. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes. Turn off the flame. Stir in the cheese. Serve with your favorite pasta. Enjoy.
