  • Add the sliced ginger and water to a small pot. Using medium heat, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
    1/2 cup fresh ginger , 2 1/2 cups water
  • Turn off the heat and add the lemon slices. Allow to steep for 5 minutes.
    1 large lemon
  • Strain. Sweeten with the honey while still hot. Add the apple cider vinegar.
    2 teaspoons raw organic honey, 1 - 2 teaspoons organic apple cider vinegar
  • Pour into your favorite tea cup and sip while warm. Or add ice and drink as ice tea.
