Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cantaloupe Peeled, Seeded and cut into chunks
  • 8 - 10 large strawberries
  • 1 kiwi I used golden kiwi
  • 2 inch piece fresh turmeric
  • 2 inch piece fresh ginger
  • 10 - 12 mint leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey - Optional)
  • Ice Cubes for serving

Instructions

  • Dump all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses over ice and enjoy.
    Note: Excess can be stored in a glass bottle and stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
