In a small saucepan, add the water, ginger, turmeric, star anise and cardamom pod. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Turn off the heat.

Infuse the rose-petals
Add in the rose petals, cinnamon and fresh mint leaves. Steep off the heat for 8 to 10 minutes
1 tablespoon dried rose petals, 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 7 - 8 fresh mint leaves
Strain into a blender. Add honey or favorite sweetener while still warm.

Bring it altogether
Pour the almond milk and kefir milk into the blender. Add in the ice cubes.
3/4 cup unsweetened milk, 3/4 cup unsweetened kefir milk, 1 cup ice cubes
Blend until well combined. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy. Note: Makes approximately 32 to 36 ounces. Excess can be stored in juice bottles or jug and keeps fresh up to 5 days, if it last that long.
