  • 10 bing cherries fresh and pitted
  • 6 - 8 small strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 kiwi peeled and quartered
  • 2 tbsps chia seeds
  • 1 Medjool date
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 3/4 cup kefir milk
  • Note. If using fresh strawberries add ice cubes

Instructions

  • Dump all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy this healthy delicious smoothie.
