Ingredients

  • 1/4 medium papaya seeded, peeled and cut into chunks (about 1 1 1/2 Cups)
  • 1/2 Bosc pear peeled and seeds removed
  • 3 large Strawberries frozen
  • 1/2 cup gooseberries fresh or frozen. We used red gooseberries
  • 1/4 medium haas avocado
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger peeled
  • 1 inch piece fresh turmeric peeled
  • 12 -15 small mint leaves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 inch piece fresh cayenne pepper or 1/8 teaspoon cayenne powder
  • 3/4 cup kefir milk

Instructions

  • Dump all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy.
