Ingredients

  • 1 cup soursop flesh only
  • 3/4 cup Fresh chopped mango
  • 3 large strawberries frozen
  • 6 - 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger peeled
  • 3/4 cup kefir unsweetened milk
  • 1 teaspoon Manuka raw honey adjust for your tastebud
  • 1 pinch saffron threads may substitute a small piece of fresh turmeric about 1 inch
  • 1 pinch freshly ground white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

  • Dump all ingredients into a blender and purée until smooth. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy.
