- 2 – 3 inch piece fresh ginger washed and sliced
- 1 piece cinnamon stick about 3" long
- 2 – 3 Cardamom pods broken
- 3 whole cloves
- 1 star anise
- 10 juniper berries
- 3 tablespoons dried chamomile flowers
- optional: 2 to 3 teaspoons raw honey or your favorite sweetener
Instructions
- Dump all ingredients, except the chamomile and sweetener, into a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low and boil for 15 minutes.1 organic pineapple, 6 cups water, 2 – 3 inch piece fresh ginger, 1 piece cinnamon stick, 2 – 3 Cardamom pods, 3 whole cloves, 1 star anise, 10 juniper berries
