- 1/2 Bosc pear peeled and seeds removed
- 3 large Strawberries frozen
- 1/2 cup gooseberries fresh or frozen. We used red gooseberries
- 1/4 medium haas avocado
- 1 inch piece fresh ginger peeled
- 1 inch piece fresh turmeric peeled
- 12 -15 small mint leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 inch piece fresh cayenne pepper or 1/8 teaspoon cayenne powder
- 3/4 cup kefir milk
Instructions
- Dump all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
