- 1 medium dragonfruit Yellow Pink or red. Peeled
- 3 large strawberries frozen
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 small piece fresh ginger peeled
- 3 – 4 fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Add the chia seeds and water to a small bowl. Allow the seeds to absorb the water.1 tablespoon chia seeds, 2 tablespoons water
- Add all the remaining ingredients into a blender. Once the chia seeds has absorbed all the liquid, dump it into the blender. Cover. Blend until smooth and creamy.
