Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 medium dragonfruit Yellow Pink or red. Peeled
  • 3 large strawberries frozen
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 small piece fresh ginger peeled
  • 3 – 4 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  • Add the chia seeds and water to a small bowl. Allow the seeds to absorb the water.
    1 tablespoon chia seeds, 2 tablespoons water
  • Add all the remaining ingredients into a blender. Once the chia seeds has absorbed all the liquid, dump it into the blender. Cover. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy.
    Note: Makes approximately 22 ounces.
