Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 3/4 cups blueberries frozen organic
  • 1 cup papaya chunks
  • 1 kiwi peeled and halved
  • 1/4 haas avocado
  • 2 cups baby spinach organic
  • 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger chopped
  • 1 - 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom

Instructions

  • Dump all ingredients into a blender. Blend and puree until smooth and creamy.
    Note: My blender has a smoothie and a puree features. I used one cycle of each.
  • Pour into your favorite glasses. Garnish with mint and fruits if preferred. Sip. Slurp. Enjoy!

Notes

This batch makes two hearty servings (4 cups approximately) or 2 -16 ounces portions.
