When in season, do the season; it’s that time of the year when the pumpkin spice craze starts. This seasonal flavor really jazz up this healthy and nutritious rich fruit smoothie. Each generous serving packs in hearty doses of Vitamins A and C and fiber. At only 220 calories per 16 ounces portion, you get powerful antioxidants from the use of papaya and blueberries. The array of nutrient dense fruits, like kiwi plus the addition of healthy fat from the avocado coupled with the protein power of peanut butter adds the right sweetness to the drink. A big dump of spinach increases the nutritional benefits. This makes it a perfectly filling and healthy breakfast drink. I hope you will make this deliciously flavored smoothie and enjoy it as much as I do. Happy Cooking!
