- 2 pounds ground turkey meat preferably organic
For the Vegetables and Herbs:
- 4 tablespoons shallots finely diced
- 3 cloves garlic crushed or finely minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons Jalapeños peppers seeds removed and finely chopped
- 1 cup frozen or fresh corn kernels
For Bread and Toppings:
- 4 slices pepper jack cheese or cheese of your choice
I used Whole Wheat Tortilla, a softened black beans and avocados. You can use your choice of bread and condiments.
