Equipment

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces organic baby spinach rinsed
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/3 Haas Avocado
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate juice
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until it has a creamy consistency.
  • Pour into your favorite glasses. Enjoy.

Notes

Can substitute Almond Butter instead of Peanut Butter (I prefer peanut butter it is much creamier and more flavorful).
