Creamed Spinach Smoothie
Quick. Low Calorie. Healthy. Delicious Smoothie.
- 5 ounces organic baby spinach rinsed
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 Haas Avocado
- 1/4 cup Pomegranate juice
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until it has a creamy consistency.
Pour into your favorite glasses. Enjoy.
Can substitute Almond Butter instead of Peanut Butter (I prefer peanut butter it is much creamier and more flavorful).
