This is a quick, low calorie and healthy smoothie. It’s rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, protein and iron. The taste is amazingly full of great flavor. A twelve ounce serving has less than 150 calories and you will certainly be tempted to drink the full twenty-four ounces this recipe makes. Enjoy.
