Ingredients

  • 1 large dragon fruit red preferred Peeled and chopped
  • 2 kiwis peeled and quartered
  • 1 inch piece ginger peeled and diced
  • 1 inch piece Turmeric root peeled and dived
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice freshly squeezed preferred
  • 2 teaspoons grape seed oil
  • 2 teaspoons raw honey or preferred sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Dump all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smoothy and creamy. Pour into your favorite glasses and enjoy.
    Note: This batch makes 2 servings at 21 ounces per serving.
