In a medium mixing bowl, Add the shrimps, salt and the spice mix. Mix to coat the shrimps with the spice mix.
1 1/2 pounds wild shrimps, 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt, the spice mix
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Once the pan starts smoking, add the olive oil.
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Add in the seasoned shrimps. Sear the shrimps 2 minutes per side. Remove to a bowl, Turn down the flame to medium low.

Add in the garlic and thyme. Mix and cook 30 to 60 seconds until fragrant
2 tablespoons garlic, 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
Add back the shrimps. Mix and cook 1 to 2 minutes until the shrimps are fully cooked. Turn off the stove.
Plate and serve as an appetizer or serve for lunch with rice or bread.
