Heat a large sauté pan using medium high heat. Add the olive oil
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Add the string beans and sauté 3to 5 minutes. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Remove the beans and set aside.
1 pound haricot verts
Add the ground turkey. Mix and break up the meat. Cook until no longer pink and lightly browned. 5 to 6 minutes. Season with salt and freshly ground. black pepper.
1 1/2 pounds ground turkey, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Push the meat to the side. Add 1 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil if necessary in the vacant space.
Add the onions and peppers. Sauté 2 to 3 minutes until softened.
1 medium onion, 2-4 serrano peppers
Add the garlic, ginger, oregano and basil. Mix and cook for 1 minute.
1 tablespoon finely minced garlic, 1 tablespoon finely minced ginger, 1/3 cup fresh cuban oregano , 2 tablespoons fresh married man pork (basil)
Add back the charred string beans, scallions, sesame oil, rice wine and soy sauce. Mix to combine all the ingredients. Turn off the stove.
