Ingredients

For the Dried Herbal Blend

Instructions

  • Add the water, juniper berries and cardamom pods to a tea pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Turn off the stove.
Note: I add the berries and cardamom into a tea infuser container.
3 1/2 cups water, 1 tablespoon juniper berries, 3 Cardamom Pods
  • Add the chamomile, elderberries and hibiscus to a tea infuser and pop the infuser into the hot juniper berries cardamom liquid. Allow to steep for 8 to 10 minutes.
Note: Don't have an infuser, add the herbal teas directly to the pot.
3 tablespoons dried Chamomile flowers, 3 teaspoons dried Elderberry, 3 teaspoons dried Hibiscus
  • Strain into a heat proof glass tea pot and sweeten with the honey.
    2 - 3 tablespoons Raw Manuka Honey
  • Pour into your favorite tea cups and sip warm.
Note: This can also be poured over ice cubes and drink as an iced tea.
