Ingredients

  • 1 medium ripe mango peeled and chopped
  • 1 kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1 piece ginger about 1 inch length. Peeled and chopped (about 2 teaspoons)
  • 12-15 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey May use up to 2 teaspoons. Can use a vegan friendly sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk can use almond milk
  • 3/4 - 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Dump all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into your favorite glass. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and mint leaves if desired. Sip and enjoy.
