Ingredients

  • 2 Cups baby organic spinach
  • 1 Medium honey crisp apple or Granny Smith. Peeled and cored
  • 1 mandarin orange peeled
  • 1/2 Cup organic blueberries
  • 1 Cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 1 Inch piece fresh turmeric about 2 tsps chopped
  • 1 Inch piece fresh ginger about 2 tsps chopped
  • 10-15 fresh mint leaves chocolate mint preferably
  • 1/4 Tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 Cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Dump all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy.
    Note. Makes approximately 32 ounces. And can be refrigerated up to 48 hours.
