Ingredients

  • 1 - 2 inch piece fresh ginger root peeled
  • 8 - 10 medium fresh strawberries hulled
  • 5 - 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 1/2 cups seedless watermelon
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • sweetener optional
  • ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  • Dump all ingredients, except ice cubes, into a vitamix blender. Blend until pureed.
    1 - 2 inch piece fresh ginger root, 8 - 10 medium fresh strawberries , 5 - 6 fresh mint leaves, 2 1/2 cups seedless watermelon , 2 cups coconut water , sweetener optional
  • Strain in a fine mesh strainer. Pour over ice cubes and enjoy!
