Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon chunks
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 peach pitted and cut into chunks
  • 1 kiwi peeled and cut in half
  • 1/2 small haas avocado
  • 5 - 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter Can sub almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  • Dump all ingredients into a blender. Blend and Purée until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into your favorite glasses. Serve. Enjoy.

Notes

Makes approximately 5 cups (40 ounces). Can serve up to three 13 ounces portions). 
This recipe can be adapted to accommodate plain yogurt or milk.
