- 1/2 small haas avocado
- 5 - 6 fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter Can sub almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
