Peachy Watermelon Smoothie
An amazingly delicious and nutritious smoothie. Great for breakfast, snack or brunch.
Ingredients
- 2 cups watermelon chunks
- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 peach pitted and cut into chunks
- 1 kiwi peeled and cut in half
- 1/2 small haas avocado
- 5 – 6 fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter Can sub almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
Instructions

Dump all ingredients into a blender. Blend and Purée until smooth and creamy.

Pour into your favorite glasses. Serve. Enjoy.
Recipe Notes
Makes approximately 5 cups (40 ounces). Can serve up to three 13 ounces portions).
This recipe can be adapted to accommodate plain yogurt or milk.
