This is a smoothie to get obsessed over. The flavors of the watermelon and peach comes together so beautifully. Peachy Watermelon Smoothie

An amazingly delicious and nutritious smoothie. Great for breakfast, snack or brunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon chunks
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 peach pitted and cut into chunks
  • 1 kiwi peeled and cut in half
  • 1/2 small haas avocado
  • 5 – 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter Can sub almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Dump all ingredients into a blender. Blend and Purée until smooth and creamy.

  2. Pour into your favorite glasses. Serve. Enjoy.

Recipe Notes

Makes approximately 5 cups (40 ounces). Can serve up to three 13 ounces portions). 

This recipe can be adapted to accommodate plain yogurt or milk.
