Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed clementine juice
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 1/8 Haas avocado
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.  Blend for up to 1 minute until smoothie texture achieved.
  • Pour into your favorite glass and serve.  Enjoy.

Notes

Fresh squeezed orange juice can be substituted.  If you prefer to use almond butter instead of peanut butter that's fine - it changes the flavor slightly.
This recipe makes 16 ounces at approximately 185 calories.
