This Perfect Pineapple Margarita Smoothie is a fun twist to getting the taste of margarita without the alcohol. It’s incredibly refreshing and light. The smoothie texture was derived from the avocado and peanut butter. A pinch of salt added to the margarita flavor. This is a dairy free smoothie but you can certainly try adding non-fat yogurt to give it additional texture. With fewer than 200 calories for a 16 ounce serving, this smoothie has a high concentration of vitamin C and other important vitamins and minerals.
