Refreshing Melons Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup seedless watermelon chunks
  • 1 cup cantaloupe chunks
  • 1 kiwi (remove skin)
  • 1 cup fresh coconut-water
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure organic vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.  Blend for up to one minute until you achieve your desired smoothie texture.
    Pour into your favorite glass. Serve, sip and enjoy!

Notes

I buy a small whole seedless watermelon and a whole cantaloupe.  You can reserve the leftovers for a fruit salad or make more smoothie.
