Refreshing Melons Smoothie
- 1 cup seedless watermelon chunks
- 1 cup cantaloupe chunks
- 1 kiwi (remove skin)
- 1 cup fresh coconut-water
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon pure organic vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 cup crushed ice
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend for up to one minute until you achieve your desired smoothie texture.
Pour into your favorite glass. Serve, sip and enjoy!
I buy a small whole seedless watermelon and a whole cantaloupe. You can reserve the leftovers for a fruit salad or make more smoothie.
