Instructions
Let's make the marinade:
Add all the marinade ingredients into a medium mixing bowl. Mix to combine.
Season the Chicken Wings:
Add the chicken wings to the marinade and mix thoroughly to coat.
Note: I rinse the wings and dry with paper towel.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Remove the wings from the fridge 30 minutes prior to cooking.
Preheat the oven 350F Degrees. Use the roast setting if your oven has this feature.
Let's Roast the Chicken Wings:
Line a 1/2 sheet pan with parchment paper.
Spread the wings in a single layer on the sheet pan. Drizzle any of the marinade remaining in the bowl over the wings.
Roast the chicken wings in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove the sheetpan from the oven. Use a kitchen tong to flip the wings over. Return to the oven and roast for another 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove the wings, and transfer to a platter. Garnish if desired. Enjoy!
