Every now and then, I love to drink and serve a really great cocktail. Fresh in-season fruits are a must and using them makes me pretend the drink is healthy – well yes, it’s kinda if you don’t overdo the intake. Fruity cocktails are great in the summertime. This recipe is easy to make so it’s a nice idea for when you are having a crowd over for a backyard grill-out; make a large pitcher earlier in the day. Because this watermelon margarita is so smooth and refreshing, you will be tempted to drink it fast; watch out as it is sneaky.
Buy a seedless watermelon. Make this cocktail. Serve it up and Enjoy!

Recipe Notes
I choose not to strain the watermelon puree. I think it gives the margarita a richer taste. You can certainly opt to strain the drink before serving, You can also choose to make a frozen margarita by adding all the ingredients into the blender along with ice.
