  • 4 – 6 large strawberries frozen
  • 2 medium guava ripened
  • 1/2 pear core removed
  • 1 orange peeled. We used cara cara
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or your preferred butter
  • 1 cup baby organic kale or spinach
  • 1 cup kefir milk
  • 1 cup pineapple turmeric ginger tea

Instructions

  • Dump all ingredients into a vitamix blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy.
    Note: Makes approximately 36 ounces. Refrigerate excess for up to 3 days.
    Grilled Pineapple – brush pineapple with olive oil. Grill indoor or outdoor until grill marks appear.
