- 1 cup baby organic kale or spinach
- 1 cup kefir milk
- 1 cup pineapple turmeric ginger tea
Instructions
- Dump all ingredients into a vitamix blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy.Note: Makes approximately 36 ounces.
