Recipe Notes

This is a naturally sweetened smoothie that does not really require additional sweetener.  The dragon fruit is not a very sweet fruit.  You can feel free to add honey if you need extra sweetness and occasionally one add one teaspoon organic vanilla essence and one teaspoon grapeseed oil.
