Ingredients

  • 4-6 small to medium frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 kiwis Peeled
  • 1/4 haas avocado
  • 1 cup non-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure organic vanilla essence
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 4 small fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend for two to three minutes or until it becomes a smoothie texture.  Pour into your favorite glass, garnish with fresh mint if desired. Drink and enjoy.

Recipe Notes

I use all organic ingredients. I also like my smoothie thick. I always buy my berries fresh and wash and freeze them. If you prefer your smoothie to be a thinner texture substitute either the frozen strawberries or blueberries with fresh berries.

How about Almond Milk? I’ve used that in the past. Does that work for you?
