Mango is one of my top fruits to eat. I still have vivid memories of watching them fall off the mango tree in the front yard; that meant they were perfectly tree-ripened, juicy and very sweet. Mangos make a delicious smoothie – it’s like having desert for breakfast without added sugars or sweeteners. This Peachy Mango Smoothie is rich in vitamin C and other nutrients. It is very filling and flavorful that I like to sip it out of a wine glass! For those of you who want added sweetener, I recommend raw organic honey.

Peachy Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
- 6 ounces non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 peach sliced (discard seed)
- 1 ripe mango sliced (discard seed)
- 4 small fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon pure organic vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 cup crushed ice
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend for about one minute until desired smoothie texture.
Pour into your favorite glass, sip and enjoy.
