Ginger Lemon Honey Tea

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh ginger washed and sliced
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 large lemon washed and sliced
- 2 teaspoons raw organic honey
- 1 – 2 teaspoons organic apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Add the sliced ginger and water to a small pot. Using medium heat, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.1/2 cup fresh ginger , 2 1/2 cups water
- Turn off the heat and add the lemon slices. Allow to steep for 5 minutes.1 large lemon
- Strain. Sweeten with the honey while still hot. Add the apple cider vinegar.2 teaspoons raw organic honey, 1 – 2 teaspoons organic apple cider vinegar
- Pour into your favorite tea cup and sip while warm. Or add ice and drink as ice tea.
