This smoothie is great for breakfast or as a snack. It’s rich in antioxidants and taste very good. No extra sweetener needed. However if you chose to add a sweetener I recommend organic raw honey .

Black and Blue Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen organic blackberries
- 1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries
- 1 organic fresh peach
- 1 cup non-fat yogurt
- 4-6 small fresh mint leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
Instructions

Remove the seed from the peach. Slice the peach. Add peach and all other ingredients to a blender. Blend for one to two minutes.
Pour into your favorite glass and sip slowly. Enjoy.
