This Watermelon Spinach Smoothie is a refreshing and delicious smoothie that will not only hydrate you but it offer loads of nutrients. Watermelon Spinach Smoothie
A flavorful and nutritious smoothie that is quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 3 cups baby spinach organic
- 1 1/2 cups watermelon chunks seedless
- 1/4 haas avocado
- 1 thin slice of fresh ginger peeled
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter organic
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
Instructions

Add all ingredients into the blender. Blend/purée until smooth. Pour into your favorite glasses, garnish with watermelon slice and spinach if desired, and serve.Enjoy.
Recipe Notes
If you don’t like peanut butter you can use almond butter (smoothie will reflect the almond butter flavor).
