- 3/4 cup kefir milk may substitute plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 celery stalk
- 2 inch piece turmeric root
- 1 inch piece ginger root
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 5-6 mint leaves
- 1 cup baby organic kale
- 1/2 – 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
