  • 1 organic Granny Smith apple cored, peeled and chopped
  • 1 small celery stalk chopped
  • 1 medium organic carrot peeled and chopped
  • 2 inch piece fresh ginger peeled
  • 2 inch piece turmeric root peeled
  • 1/2 cup organic blueberries
  • 3 -4 sprigs parsley
  • 1 medium red beet peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 small lime juiced
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Dump all ingredients into blender. Puree until desired smoothness. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy.
