Red Devil Smoothie

A delightfully tart and sweet smoothie that's possessed with antioxidants, vitamins and nutrients.

  • 12 – 15 cherries remove stems and pits
  • 1 small red beets peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries organic
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • Smoothie spice blend (see notes)
  • 1/4 haas avocado
  • 6 – 8 fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 cups baby spinach organic
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes


  1. Add all ingredients into a blender.

  2. Blend/puree until smooth and creamy. Up to 2 minutes, depending on the quality of your blender.

    Note: I use both the smoothie and puree feature on my blender.

  3. Pour into your favorite glass. Garnish with basil if desired.

  4. Serve. Drink and Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Smoothie Spice Blend Mix:

1/8 teaspoon each:

ground ginger

ground turmeric 

ground nutmeg

ground cinnamon (I use Vietnamese cinnamon)

ground cardamom
