Red Devil Smoothie
A delightfully tart and sweet smoothie that’s possessed with antioxidants, vitamins and nutrients.
- 12 – 15 cherries remove stems and pits
- 1 small red beets peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries organic
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- Smoothie spice blend (see notes)
- 1/4 haas avocado
- 6 – 8 fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 cups baby spinach organic
- 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
Add all ingredients into a blender.
Blend/puree until smooth and creamy. Up to 2 minutes, depending on the quality of your blender.
Note: I use both the smoothie and puree feature on my blender.
Pour into your favorite glass. Garnish with basil if desired.
Serve. Drink and Enjoy!

1/8 teaspoon each:
ground cinnamon (I use Vietnamese cinnamon)
