Ingredients

- 1 small celery stalk chopped

- 2 inch piece fresh ginger peeled
- 2 inch piece turmeric root peeled
- 1/2 cup organic blueberries
- 3 -4 sprigs parsley
- 1 medium red beet peeled and chopped
- 1/2 small lime juiced
- 2 medjool dates
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Dump all ingredients into blender. Puree until desired smoothness. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy.
