Ingredients

- 1 clove garlic peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 – 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves
- 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt or to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3/4 cup avocado oil Can substitute grape seed oil
Instructions
- Dump all the ingredients into a 16 ounces wide mouth mason glass jar.1/2 large haas avocado, 1 vine ripened tomato, 1/2 large Jalapeño pepper, 1 clove garlic, 1 – 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin, 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice, 3/4 cup avocado oil
- Use an immersion blender and blend until all ingredients are combined with a saucy texture. It will be rich and creamy.Alternatively, all ingredients can be added to a mini food processor, and pureed until smooth and cream.
